Be Kind to your Mind

We've been learning some cool ways to be kind to our minds. We have practiced breathing mindfully and have checked in with how were feeling on the inside with some body scans. We also know that if we think positive we will feel positive and focusing on coloring can help us to relax. We may have to stay one metre apart but we can still work together to do some extraordinary things. We all worked together to make this amazing, humongous rainbow!
