On Thursday 17th June, the pupils of Banogue Ns took part in a virtual school tour with Anna from Galway Atlantaquaria We did this as part of our special school events as we could not have our traditional school tour.
In preparation for the Zoom, Anna sent us informative videos about a range of themes from Freshwater Habitats to Ocean Connections and Care. The children watched these videos and took part in the interactive worksheets before the Zoom with Anna. This meant the children had a good background knowledge and were able to ask Anna some questions to further deepen their understanding. The students were totally engrossed in the Q and A session with Anna and they had loads of questions for her! It was great fun.
