In September 2018, the whole school went on a field trip to Liskennett Woods. They examined insects and minibeasts, as well as a wide variety of plants, trees and shrubs. They went to visit the Holy Well also.
The senior classes were learning about the Great Famine and they also went to Knockfierna to view the famine cottages.
They wrote recounts of their trips on their return to school.
