The creche and school students had an opportunity to meet All-Ireland Hurling Champion, Kyle Hayes. He kindly agreed to sign jerseys, pencil cases, homework journals and even, rulers for the Banogue NS students. It was a great honour to meet a hurling hero and he spoke to the children about the importance of working hard at school and the importance of playing sport.
